Eyeliners Galore

My cosmetics addiction started with my first eyeliner I purchased many years back.  It was a black automatic black eyeliner from Silky Girl. Ever since then, I became a cosmetic hoarder and it slowly evolved to skincare hoarding. LOL.

Girls and cosmetics…… it never ends……

So, today I am going to do a review on all the eyeliners I have been using and LOVING!

Numero uno! Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner in Black.

After the first eyeliner I owned from Silky Girl, I have been trying on many others such Rimmel and Maybelline. I usually use it to tight-line my upper lash line for a fuller eyelash look. This way my eyes look more awake.

In order for an eyeliner to do such task, it must be
1.     smudge-proof
2.     waterproof
3.     creamy and dries instantly
4.     heavily pigmented

This Revlon ColorStay does exactly what it says, IT STAYS!! It will stay on the whole day with very minimal smudge. All this awesome features with a small price of  RM29.90. You can get this from all pharmacies in Malaysia.

Maybelline Hypersharp Liner

This is the first of the two liquid eyeliners in this post. The usual problem of a liquid eyeliner is that it leaves a shine like black sticker on the lids. This one dries up to a nice matte black line. But what I really like about this liner is its super thin brush tip. It is perfect to create a super thin line to create fuller lash look. I even use this to tightline my upper lash line.

Why is this liner awesome?
1.     super thin tip
2.     waterproof
3.     pigmented
4.     doesn’t smear when applied

To remove this, use a cream cleanser or a oil based make up remover.

I don’t really know the RRP for this liner as I got it on sale. I got it from Guardian at RM18.90.

Clio Waterproof Pen Liner in Kill Black (Korean)

Haha. My obsession with eyeliners will never end!!! When you have sleepy eyes like mine you will want to do anything to keep those peepers look awake.

This is a felt tip liner that claims to be heavily pigmented and last the whole day.

I usually use this if I want to create a thicker and bolder line. It flicks perfectly.

And why do I love this?
1.     heavily pigmented
2.     waterproof
3.     firm felt tip that doesn’t feel rough on the lids
4.     does not stain the lids after removing – ultimate pet peeve!
5.     matte finish

This liner can be found in Watsons or Sasa for RM59.90. They now have a new variant called Clio Waterproof Brush Liner.

That's all for now! There will be more reviews coming. Let me know if this style of review needs more information.

Thank you all!

Xoxo,
Nicole
