My intention to make this blog a products review blog has gone for a holiday i guess.. Sorry to those who were expecting something more.. I got super lazy! Will find the time to do more product reviews =)

Funny? NOT...!

Many are mourning and grieving for what had happened to Japan during the weekend. Everyone has their own ways and sending out prayers to those who have lost their belongings and loved ones.  I was pretty shook up from what had happen. After the tsunami that had hit Penang and Banda Acheh, I never thought the nightmare could repeat.

Yesterday I woke up and did my usual morning routine, check email, check twitter and lastly check facebook. That’s what I usually do when I open my eyes in the morning, lookout for OMG facts on Twitter and check out the latest status updates. Then I stumbled upon CNN’s tweet and it says something like “Malaysian newspaper makes fun of tsunami in Japan.” I was like WTF! What kind of trouble in Malaysia in again?! It’s not like they don’t have enough shit in their hands already...

I clicked view photo and I saw this :-

First thought that came to mind was, WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS FOOL TRYING TO DO????

Zoy is a Malaysian caricaturist whose work is usually published by Berita Harian, a Bahasa Melayu newspaper in Malaysia. We know you have done some great work in the past but this one is UTTER RUBBISH!

Maybe he thinks it would be funny to mock our neighbouring country who has been hit by not ONE, but TWO NATURAL DISASTERS!

Don’t get me started on the STUPIDITY OF THE EDITOR! How did this get posted up and printed without the thumbs-up of the editor?  *AHHH MYSTERY!!*

NOW WE KNOW WHERE THEIR BRAINS ARE LOCATED...THAT SECTION OF THE BODY THAT’S CLOSER TO HELL...

Now Malaysia, you have disappoint me greatly this time. I could bear all those rubbish politics and bias against other religions. But this one is literally the WORSE EVER!

Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner

I know I have gone AWOL for a few months. I was back in Penang and took up an internship program with Western Digital. In between, I squeezed in a trip to KL and also to Hatyai. Then before I knew it, it was CNY already! Time to get the house clean and decorated with cherry blossoms and red packets. Two weeks after CNY, I hopped on the plane back to Perth.

Enough with the yakking and excuses why I couldn’t put up blog posts, time to get to the interesting part of the post!

My search for a non-smudging, water-proof, and AWESOME black eyeliner has come to an end!!! It was so bloody hard to look for a black eyeliner that fulfils all those 3 requirements I just mentioned!

Since, i love wearing black eyeliners on my top water line, i need the eyeliner to be smudge-proof.

Even though it says smudge-proof on the packaging, it’s usually NOT smudge-proof. After a few hours of wearing, it tends to smudge and makes my eyes look as though i haven’t slept for ages! NOT COOL!

So which eyeliner am I talking about??

IT’S THE REVLON COLORSTAY EYELINER!!!!!

I love this eyeliner so much that I use it everyday with no fail. I love how it doesn't smudge when I use on my top lid waterline. (This technique is awesome to open up tired eyes and make the lashes look fuller).

You guys have no idea how many black eyeliners I have bought that claims to be smudge proof or waterproof. But this one WINS hands down!

Not only it is smudge proof and all, the intensity of the colour is just amazing and it lasts the whole friggin day!

One down side to this Revlon Eyeliner is that it's pretty expensive compared to the other eyeliners in the Market. It costs more than RM28 if I'm not mistaken. I got it on sale, so I paid RM15 for it.

I know RM28 is a lil'bit too much to pay for an eyeliner...sooooo... I have another one to brag about to y'all!! It's called the RIMMEL EXAGGERATE WATERPROOF EYE DEFINER! This one costs about RM18 but since I got mine from Perth, I paid 9Aud for it.

The RIMMEL one does live up to what it claims to be. Smudgeproof. Waterproof. And this one comes in many other colours like brown, navy and blue. Where else, the Revlon one only comes in black and brown.

Comparing the both, I still like the Revlon one better as the Rimmel one starts to smudge once the lid get slightly oily. The Revlon one doesn't.

So go try both out if you can and tell me which one you prefer. 

I hope I put an end to your miserable hunt for an affordable and awesome eyeliner. =)

Sorry, I am an Arse!

I know I promised to write here now and then. But I can’t seem to find a good topic... ok I was lying! Basically I couldn’t find the time to post something up here. I didn’t even have the time to reply my emails. The time in Penang was waayyyy too short. It was shorter since I had to work 8 to 5 all weekday for 2 months. I was practically left with only 1 month of pure fun in Penang.

This is going to be a really short post... will definitely post something up in a couple of days.
